Moving slowly through your breath. Let’s take this easy one movement at a time. Each breath is taken through your nose, in and out.

Inhale flat back – place your hands on your shin, high enough to have a flat back, keep head neutral (same line as your back);

Exhale Fold – let your head go and fingers falls to the floor, bend your knee slightly;

Inhale hands to the sky –  lift your arms stronly up to the side and over your head, pinky fingers towards each other, lower your shoulder blades in your back by lowering your shoulder;

Exhale Fold – let your head go and fingers falls to the floor, bend your knee slightly;

Inhale flat back – place your hands on your shin, high enough to have a flat back, keep head neutral (same line as your back);

Exhale hands to the floor right foot steps back, arms to the sky, low lunge.

Step back to the top, and start all over again with the left leg this time.
